Alex Bissig - Relationship Coach

Hi beautiful people,

I’m so grateful to be here!

I'm Alexandra (Alex) & I created Toolbox for Love to help couples live a happy love life.

Before embarking on this journey, I worked in the hospitality industry and then joined Tesla in 2017. I was convinced the corporate world was meant for me and that I would work my way up the ladder. I never thought I’d be starting my own business!

Right before my 3 year anniversary at Tesla (summer 2020), I felt that there was another part of me that was growing. A part of me that I had hidden for a long time, the authentic part that listened to her gut rather than her head. It was growing so strong that I quickly found myself working on building Toolbox for Love before and after work, every day.

I always thought I didn’t have what it takes to be an entrepreneur (hello limiting beliefs) and now I had to choose between staying in a stable job that I enjoyed or quitting my job, taking the risk of starting my dream during COVID-19 and becoming a Relationship Coach.

Well... I decided to take the risk and start my business ;) Scary but totally worth it!

My fiancé Denis and I have been together for 12 years now and people usually say we’re lucky to still be happy together.

But “luck” is definitely not the secret to our happy relationship and this is why I’m creating Toolbox for Love: to share exactly how you can also live a happy love life.

I’ve been gathering what has been most useful to me over the past 12 years with Denis: tools that I’ve received to help us navigate through our relationship, stories I’ve heard, advice I’ve followed…

You’ll see that the most simple tools can make a difference! Change starts with one person. I remember coming across different tools, applying them to myself and then sharing them with Denis over time. So don’t worry if you start discovering some tools first and then decide to eventually share them with your partner later.

Denis and I describe our relationship as an “Anchor” in the ocean. Despite the waves, we stand strong. We’ve gone through various challenges together: different personalities, a long-distance relationship and people around us doubting that we would make it work for so long.

The thing is that we don’t get taught how to create healthy relationships and we usually wait until things go bad to seek help.

I’m here to guide you along the way, provide you with techniques to “manage” your relationship successfully and help you get out of some never-ending patterns that might be sabotaging your love life. I’ve helped both couples and individuals go from being frustrated and near break up to falling in love again.

In my 1:1 program, I help you identify the negative patterns in your relationship, determine what you’d like to change and provide you with practical tools to make sustainable changes. My goal is to empower you with specific methods and tools that will enable you to create a long-lasting and happy relationship.

I firmly believe that love relationships don’t have to be complicated or frustrating. You can still be happy and in love with your partner, regardless of how long you’ve been together with your partner and the challenges you'll face.

My purpose is to change the status quo around relationships & make this world a better place.

Let’s connect on @toolboxforlove!

I’d LOVE to chat, know your thoughts & how I can best support you!

Sending you tons of virtual hugs,
